This shocking little number (lol) is one of the more well known brands in the field of stun guns, but will it stand up to the test, well this is what I have to say about it.
Pros:
- Size: The Streetwise Small fry is small and compact which makes it very easy to carry and conceal. You can easily carry it in your pocket, ladies can carry it in a small purse with no problem.
- Packs a Wallop: This stun gun is very powerful. It comes in three voltage types 300,000 – 600,000 and 900,000. If you want to insure that a person goes down quicker, get the higher voltage.
- Lifetime Warranty: I like this because not all stun guns have this, but too my knowledge, all streetwise small fry stun guns come with a lifetime warranty.
- Safety Switch: This little addition keeps the device from going off without you knowing about it.
- Free Holster: Some places would have you pay more for the holster, but it comes free with the stun gun, so you don’t have to worry about where to put it. You can simply attach to you belt for very easy access.
Cons:
- No Strap: This isn’t a big thing, but, because it’s so small, it may get dropped in a scuffle. Having a strap would make it easier to hold on to in a scuffle.
- Not Good For Big Bags or Big Purses: Again, not a HUGE problem, but if you have a big purse or bag, you might want to carry this using the holster. If you don’t really wear apparel with pockets or belts, you may want to consider another model.
Overall Ranking: On a Scale of 1 to 10 we give the Streetwise Small Fry Stun Gun a 9. It appears to be an ideal self defense weapon if for men or women who have pockets, belts, or small purses.
